It is deemed a no call, no show if the tutor waits up to fifteen minutes after the time that you are due to begin the session before leaving to go. Sending you reminders of your appointments is not something that we are responsible for doing; tho our system does send reminder emails. There is only one rescheduling date that you are permitted to use, and it must be a date that is available on the schedule. Then, there will be no rescheduling and no refunds.

Clients are required to submit relevant materials such as PowerPoints, syllabi, and exam blueprints to admin@wizardrytutoring.com prior to their session. Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited, and clients are not permitted to sell any notes or materials obtained from sessions. Cameras should only be activated during question sessions. The tutor reserves the right to terminate any session in the event of misbehavior, bullying, or other disruptive conduct. For optimal educational outcomes, clients are advised to allow sufficient time for practice questions, as attempting to cover multiple courses within a single session may compromise learning effectiveness. Missed appointment credits are only valid for 30 days. Failure to comply with these policies may result in legal repercussions.
